We try to follow the international standards of tour operators, hotels and airlines when it comes to cancellations.
Our tours:
- You can cancel all of our tours without a cancellation fee if it’s at least more than 7 days before your scheduled tour.
- Within 4-7 days prior to departure: 50% refund
- Within 0-3 days prior to departure: NO REFUND
Other tours:
The cancellation conditions are as per the relevant tour operators booking conditions, if we are booking tours for you with another tour company. This applies when we take care of booking other tours for your stay, usually in a combination with our tours.
